Manage account(s) within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.Manage and plan regular client account calls, conduct meetings and presentations with pre-decided agendas, and oversee timely delivery of important reports.With an emphasis on client satisfaction by building long-term relationships, an account manager portrays the primary duty of acting as the go-to person for handling accounts and clients assigned to him, and assist them with any queries.Convey the end goals, contractual and non-contractual obligations, and other facets of a client's business with the internal team to speak on behalf of the client and look out for their interests.
