Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Enhancement: Design and implement strategies to improve individual, team, and organizational performance.
  • Talent Development: Develop and deliver employee development programs, including training, mentoring, and leadership initiatives.
  • Change Management: Lead change initiatives to support organizational transformation and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Employee Engagement: Create and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Culture Building: Foster a strong and positive organizational culture aligned with our values and goals.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Conduct surveys, assessments, and feedback sessions to identify improvement areas.
  • Policy and Process Improvement: Develop and refine policies, procedures, and frameworks to support OD goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Human Resources, Business administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in organizational development or a related role.
  • Proven expertise in change management, training, and employee engagement.
  • Familiarity with OD tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
