Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Surveying & Measurement:

• Conduct accurate surveys of construction sites, providing precise measurements and data for the layout of structures, roads, utilities, and other infrastructure.
• Perform topographical, boundary, and construction surveys to ensure proper alignment and elevation for building plans.
• Use advanced surveying equipment (e.g., Total Stations, GPS, Level instruments) to collect and record accurate data.
• Prepare and interpret survey reports, drawings, and maps for construction teams and clients.

1. Collaboration with Project Teams:

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to provide accurate and timely survey data to support design and construction processes.
• Ensure survey data aligns with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors to confirm that survey markers and reference points are established as required for construction work.

1. Quality Control & Compliance:

• Ensure all survey work complies with local regulations, industry standards, and project-specific requirements.
• Review construction plans, blueprints, and other technical documents to confirm survey measurements and data accuracy.
• Conduct regular checks and validations of survey data to guarantee precision and quality.

1. Data Documentation & Reporting:

• Document and maintain records of survey results, measurements, and site conditions.
• Prepare detailed survey reports, including diagrams and technical drawings, for submission to project managers and clients.
• Manage and store survey data and documentation using appropriate software and filing systems.

1. Site Inspections & Monitoring:

• Perform routine inspections on construction sites to monitor progress and verify that work is being executed according to survey plans.
• Monitor site conditions and highlight any potential issues with the alignment, elevation, or measurement that may affect the project.
• Provide guidance and advice on-site regarding survey points and layout adjustments if needed.

1. Health & Safety:

• Ensure all survey work is performed in compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Identify any potential hazards on-site and take appropriate actions to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Surveyor in the construction industry, with substantial experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience working on construction projects in Riyadh or the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Transferable Iqama (Saudi work visa).
• Strong knowledge of surveying tools and equipment, including Total Stations, GPS, and AutoCAD or other surveying software.
• Familiarity with Saudi regulations, construction codes, and standards.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
