Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

INFOR Software Implementation & Management

  • Assist the WFM Manager in the end-to-end implementation of the INFOR workforce management system.
  • Configure and customize INFOR modules to align with RSG’s operational and strategic needs.
  • Manage data migration, testing, and validation to ensure accurate system functionality.
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support during and post-implementation phases.

Job Responsibilities - Functional

Workforce Planning & Optimization

  • Utilize INFOR software to develop and maintain workforce planning models.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to refine and enhance workforce planning processes using INFOR tools.

Stakeholder Engagement & Training

  • Act as the primary point of contact for INFOR-related queries and system enhancements.
  • Deliver training sessions to end-users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of INFOR.
  • Work closely with HR, operations, and IT teams to ensure the system supports organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities - Organizational

Compliance & Process Improvement

  • Ensure system configurations and workforce management practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workforce operations using INFOR capabilities.
  • Maintain and update documentation, including workflows, SOPs, and user guides for the INFOR system.

Job Requirements - Qualification & Experience

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in workforce management, HR systems, or related roles.
  • Proven expertise in configuring and managing INFOR workforce management software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on workforce data.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in workforce analytics and reporting tools.

Preferred

  • Experience working in large-scale organizations, ideally in construction, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and workforce compliance requirements.
  • Certification in INFOR or similar workforce management software.
