Job Purpose

To support the delivery and coordination of construction projects by managing schedules, reporting progress, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

Job Responsibilities - Functional

• Assist in coordinating and monitoring project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Support the preparation, review, and distribution of project documentation, including plans, reports, and contracts.
• Ensure effective communication between internal teams and contractors to address project requirements and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor and report project progress, highlighting any risks or deviations to ensure timely mitigation.
• Participate in regular site visits to assess compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to facilitate procurement and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate the preparation and approval of change orders and other documentation related to project variations.

Job Requirements - Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in construction project coordination or a similar role.
• Experience with large-scale construction projects preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of construction practices, codes, and regulations.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skill
