  • Contribute to increasing company profits through fruitful customer relationships.
  • Search for new prospect customers in the defined territory which includes existing accounts and new accounts.
  • Boost company revenue and achieve sales targets by taking appropriate measures into consideration.
  • Study existing and potential sales prospects through periodic maintenance of meticulously crafted reports and datasheets.
  • Interact with the customer for product offering, brand awareness on time to time basis by meetings and calls.
  • Leveraging different promotional modes like traditional marketing, social media, email marketing, etc., to advertise the company's products.
  •  Perform general office duties, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining organized filing systems.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications in English, Arabic, and Chinese, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.  
  •  Assist the sales and marketing team with lead generation, customer follow-ups, and maintaining customer databases
  • Prepare sales presentations, marketing materials, and proposals when required
  • Support in organizing events, and client meetings
  • Provide verbal and written translation between English, Arabic, and Chinese for internal and external official communications
  • Assist in interpreting during meetings, client discussions, and business negotiations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and follow-ups
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and the company, addressing their needs effectively
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth functioning of daily office operations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to deadlines.


Qualifications:


Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Chinese/ korean is mandatory.


Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.


Experience:

 At least 0-3 years of experience in office administration, sales, or marketing roles.

  • Ability to analyze the goal, target customer, and challenges to overcome before planning sales-oriented activities.
  • Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
  • Tremendous enthusiasm to efficiently achieve sales goals under tight deadlines.
  • Portraying superb soft skills during customer interaction and seminars as per requirement.
  • Ability to find the right balance between client requirements and company terms, thereby improving profit margins and maintaining fruitful customer relationships.
