  • Develop and implement OD strategies to improve organizational performance
  • Conduct organizational assessments and provide actionable insights.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations and handle conflict resolution.
  • Create, implement, and evaluate all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures
  • Manage HR activities on Qiwa-Muqeem-Gosi-Taqat-etc.
  • Ensure adherence to Saudi labor laws and provide guidance on related matters.
  • Interact and manage effective communication and relationship with Government agencies
  • Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum One year of HR experience
  • Knowledge of HR policies and Employee Benefits
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems
