Job Description:

-Management of Electrical department with 50+ multicultural engineers and designers

-Acting as chief engineer of the group and responsible of the technical integrity of electrical deliverables of multiple concurrent projects

-Focal point for providing Electrical technical support to the overall organization

-Review approve electrical design specifications, major deliverables and drawings

-Resolve Electrical engineering issues by applying accepted principals, codes and standards

-Participate in preparation of project proposals, engineering manhours and cost estimates

-Take active role in design reviews, design validation, technical audits and squad check reviews

-Ensure electrical design is completed with high degree of quality

-Develop and maintain Electrical design procedures

-Review approve electrical design specifications, major deliverables and drawings

-Develop and maintain Electrical design procedures 

-Coordinate activities with other departments and clients

-Manage Electrical department resources, make staffing and recruitment decisions 

-Develop and maintain Electrical department organization charts and suggested organizational improvement as needed

-Responsible of team performance evaluations 

-Prepare and manage Electrical department budget

-Support business development activities as needed

-Provide training, coaching and mentoring of young engineers and designers
