Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that designs comply with environmental, regulatory, and financial standards.

• Present architectural designs and solutions clearly and convincingly to clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Organize and manage presentations that include interactive 3D models, charts, and visual aids.
• Persuade clients and stakeholders with compelling pitches, highlighting the value and uniqueness of the design.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
• Provide professional architectural consulting and advice, keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends.
