• 7-10 years of related experience of which a minimum of 4-7 years should be in a similar position / responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry.
• Experience in a fast growth environment and a decentralized environment.
• Experience at working in a “performance based” environment to foster it within the team.

Previous experience in Ready Mix industry  is preferred

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Engineering or similar or equivalent.
• MBA or Master’s Degree in related fields would be desirable
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholders
• Persuasive leadership and influence.
• Strong verbal and written communications capabilities
• Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated skills in leadership and management.
• Advanced negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Arabic and English languages
