A highly professional and detail-oriented Executive Assistant is sought to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements while ensuring optimal time management.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence for the CEO’s meetings and events.
- Coordinate high-level meetings, including drafting agendas, compiling briefing materials, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Provide proactive support on strategic projects and assist with research and data analysis as required.
- Take initiative on ad-hoc tasks and special projects, ensuring alignment with the CEO’s priorities.
- Facilitate communication across various departments and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives, preferably in a fast-paced or high-level corporate environment.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with executives, staff, and external stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
- Ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of the CEO.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to handle unexpected changes and urgent situations calmly.
