APIGEE Developer (Banking Domain Expertise)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior APIGEE Developer with 7+ years of experience and strong expertise in the banking domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing complex APIs using Apigee, and possess in-depth knowledge of banking systems, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy complex APIs using Apigee for banking applications

Implement API security, authentication, and authorization

Configure API gateways, proxies, and policies

Develop API analytics and reporting dashboards

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Ensure API performance, scalability, and reliability

Troubleshoot API issues

Mentor junior team members

Skills

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in API development using Apigee

Strong experience in the banking domain (BFSI)

Expertise in API design principles (REST, GraphQL)

Experience with programming languages (Java, Python, Node.js)

Knowledge of API security protocols (OAuth, JWT)

Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Certification in Apigee development (Apigee Certified Developer)

Banking Domain Expertise:

Experience with banking systems (Core Banking, Payment Gateways)

Knowledge of banking regulations (PCI-DSS, GDPR)

 Familiarity with banking industry standards (ISO 20022)

Technical Skills:

Apigee platform (Apigee Edge, Apigee Microgateway)

API design principles (REST, GraphQL)

Programming languages (Java, Python, Node.js)
