We are looking for a skilled Legal Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal support to our organization, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while protecting the company's interests. You will work closely with various departments to mitigate legal risks and ensure sound decision-making.

Responsibilities:



• Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of issues, including contracts, compliance, labor law, and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents to protect the company's interests.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to inform business decisions and strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify legal risks and offer solutions to mitigate them.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that affect the business and communicate relevant information to the team.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and other related activities as required.
• Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• Admission to the Bar Association in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum 5 - 8 years practicing law
• Strong knowledge in Saudi Labor Law and regulations
• Strong knowledge of Telecommunication sector laws and regulations relevant to the telecommunication operations.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Bilingual (English and Arabic) language proficiency.
