The Operator Reach Truck position is integral to the efficiency of warehouse operations in the Retail & Wholesale industry. This role involves a variety of responsibilities that ensure the smooth flow of goods within the warehouse. Operators will be tasked with coordinating replenishment activities, managing the placement of received pallets, and ensuring that inventory is organized and accessible. The position requires adherence to safety and quality standards while maintaining accurate records of stock movements. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of one year of experience in warehouse operations and will be expected to communicate effectively in English or Arabic.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate replenishment activities with pickers to ensure active locations are filled efficiently.
2. Accurately place received pallets in designated reserved locations.
3. Relocate pallets within the reserve area based on updated slot configurations.
4. Pick full pallets and transport them directly to the staging area for dispatch.
5. Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements for all equipment and stock.
6. Report any damages or disarrangements to the Logistics Manager promptly.
7. Complete inspection reports regarding the condition of Material Handling Equipment (MHEs).
8. Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse layout.
9. Participate in training sessions to enhance operational efficiency.
10. Support team members in various warehouse functions as needed.

Skills

• Minimum of high school education.
• Proficient in reading and writing English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.

• Understanding of expiry policies and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) picking methods.
• At least one year of experience as a Warehouse Operator.
