Role Description
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and organizational skills who can handle multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling any necessary logistics.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for executives, often handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
- Support day-to-day administrative needs, including answering calls, managing emails, and handling requests and inquiries.
- Coordinate special projects and events as needed.
- Anticipate the needs of executives to proactively provide support in all areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with scheduling software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively.
