  • Train, educate, and discipline all employees on how to improve job duties and performance.
  • Conducting thorough communication and collaboration with the operation manager for addressing all branch(s) needs.
  • Collaborating with the operation manager for operational efficiency and better addressing of the branch needs.
  • Overseeing and evaluating the performance of the employees in the plant and reporting the results the HR department.

Skills

  • Self-Starter.
  • Must possess a bachelor’s degree in the field of Chemical Engineering or metrological Engineering -Industrial or its equivalent from a reputed university.
  • Qualified candidate trained in food safety regulations is needed.
  • Must have experience in Kiln operations
