Key Responsibilities:


  • EBS Development and Customization: Design, develop, and customize Oracle E-Business Suite applications to meet business requirements.
  • Technical Design: Create technical specifications and design documents based on functional requirements and collaborate with functional consultants.
  • Data Conversion and Migration: Develop data conversion and migration scripts to transfer data into Oracle EBS from legacy or other external systems.
  • Integration Development: Design and implement integrations between Oracle EBS and other applications, using APIs, Web Services, or custom PL/SQL.
  • Workflow and Reporting: Configure Oracle EBS workflows and design custom reports using tools like Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Oracle Discoverer.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to EBS applications, performance, and data integrity.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, testing documentation, and user guides.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.


Skills

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) technical development.
  • Strong knowledge of EBS modules (such as Financials, Supply Chain, HRMS).
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and XML Publisher.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Workflow, Web ADI, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with version control systems and agile development practices is desirable.
