Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular maintenance on computers and peripherals, including printers, scanners, and barcode readers to ensure optimal performance

  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory of computer accessories
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users, facilitating the effective use of systems and devices
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in computer maintenance technology to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve processes and troubleshoot complex problems as they arise.


Skills

Qualification:

  • Diploma in Computer (Maintenance, Software, Technical Support
  • Certified course in computer maintenance and accessories.
