Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage fingerprint scanning devices, ensuring accurate and efficient data capture.
  • Process and manage fingerprint data, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to fingerprint devices and systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Monitor the performance of fingerprint systems and suggest improvements or upgrades as necessary.
  • Collaborate with IT and technical support teams to implement best practices and maintenance procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of fingerprint device usage, performance metrics, and technical issues.
  • Stay updated on advancements in fingerprint technology and system requirements, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff and users on the use of fingerprint systems across various platforms.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to fingerprint operations and troubleshooting procedures.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year’ experience.
