Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of technical systems and applications.

Skills

Requirements

  •  Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).
  •  Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  •  In-depth knowledge of operating systems, networks, and databases.
  •  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective solutions.
