JOB PURPOSE:
- The position is responsible for the supervising & control of industrial production process, Overseeing & organizing the work of the employee During the shift in the production areas.
Job DESCRIPTION:
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance overall production efficiency and product quality.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues that arise during the production process, whether related to equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or workforce challenges.
- Adherence to Safety Regulations: Implement and enforce safety protocols and standards to create a secure working environment. Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations.
- Operational Efficiency: Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and minimize waste. Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to streamline operations
- Production Planning and Scheduling: Develop production schedules to meet demand while considering factors such as raw material availability, equipment capacity, and workforce capabilities.
- Quality Control: Monitor and enforce quality control measures to ensure that food products meet specified standards and regulatory requirements. Address any deviations or issues promptly
- Inventory Management: Oversee and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to maintain an efficient supply chain.
- Strong Documentation and Analytical Skills: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, breakdowns and down times, and any incidents to generate interactive reports for the team and management as needed.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication within the production team and collaborate with other departments such as quality control, logistics, and Maintenance to address cross-functional issues.
- Analytical thinking with a high level of different analytical tools related to operation perspective.
Location: Jeddah - Industrial City - Phase 4.
Skills
Academic and professional qualifications:
- Acquire BA. Or B.Sc., of Veterinary, or agriculture, Food Processing.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience preferably in FMCG (Food).
