Job Responsibilities


  • Lead designer is responsible for designing projects for the specialized scope of work.
  • Must have experience in in technical design and engineering division with multi discipline scopes in finishes fit out, shop drawings, design variations, development of schematic layout and detailing development for BIM presentation.
  • Highly experienced in leveraging technical expertise in AutoCAD, , Revit-BIM, and 3-D illustrations for preparing specifications for the completion finishing projects.
  • Involved in concept design, schematic detailed design and renders
  • Coordinate with Project Manager and other relevant team with regards to engineering design
  • Any other duty assigned according to the nature of job.

Skills

Education & Experience


  • Bachelor of Architectural Engineering
  • 8+ years of previous working experience preferably at projects such as hotels, residential palaces, commercial etc.
  • Excellent technical skills particularly with Autocad Software, BIM. REVIT
  • Strong aesthetics, calculations and creative design skills
  • Ability to design from concept to delivery
