Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective)

2. Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile principles and Scrum framework

3. Ensure Scrum principles are followed and best practices are implemented

4. Remove impediments and facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders

5. Develop and maintain Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Burn-down Charts)

6. Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and refine Product Backlog

7. Conduct Scrum of Scrums meetings to ensure alignment across teams

8. Identify and implement process improvements

Skills

Technical Requirements:

1. Agile certifications (CSM, PSPO, PMI-ACP)

2. Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana)

3. Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles

4. Experience with version control systems (Git)

5. Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)

Certifications:

1. Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

2. Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

3. Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

4. Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification (advantageous)

Language Skills:

1. Arabic (fluent)

2. English (good understanding)

Experience:

1. 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

2. Experience working with distributed teams

3. Experience with Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS)

4. Experience with DevOps practices

Education:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
