Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle EBS Financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
  • Analyze and document business requirements and processes, translating them into functional specifications and technical designs.
  • Provide expertise in financial processes, including month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial systems with other modules and third-party applications.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to support system users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Oracle EBS Financial applications, ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Stay current with Oracle EBS updates, features, and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements to clients.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior consultants and team members.


Skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials consulting, with a focus on implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices, along with a deep understanding of Oracle EBS Financial modules.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
