Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and products.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, procurement functions, and best practices within ERP system.
  • Evaluate and nominate suppliers and contractors to assure capability of quality service.
  • Generate and present reports on the status of delivery and payments against the orders for management review.
  • Deliver and finalize requests efficiently in terms of time, cost, quality, and MFG lead time to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist on preparing of business proposal in costing the plan of required materials to finalize it.  
  • Working with other internal departments such as finance, sales, and operations to resolve issues and concerns.
  • Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of the Procurement Strategy, Policy and Procedures.
  • Negotiating with vendors as needed.
  • Planning and creating purchase orders (POs) to maintain adequate material flow based on requests.


Skills

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, administration or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in supply chain field (Procurement).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in managing and purchase services and Licenses for IT field.
