- Prepare, implement and oversee the requirements to maintain ISO standard procedures, workflow, and reports.
- Develop implement and maintain ISO 9001, 45001, 14001documents.
- Laisse with clients during prequalification and approval phases, and maintain documentation requirements.
- Collaborate closely with clients, departments’ heads, managers, and other stakeholders to establish document control procedures, including version control, naming conventions, and file storage protocols.
- Participate in setting up documentation system to ensure quality of products, services, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain document control procedures.
- Maintain, review records, control workflows, plans, procedures, protocols, and guidelines as per clients requirements and scope of works.
- Develop and implement KPIs to determine proper traceability of the documentation and communication within the company.
- Plan and execute internal audits in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Conducting periodic reviews and audits on documentation management outcomes and findings. Record lessons learnt, keep proper Documentation system updated.
- Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal documents controls.
- Evaluate compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
- Identify areas of potential risk and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
- Develop of routine reports, meticulous maintenance of document logs, and active participation in the transition to electronic document management systems, all aimed at enhancing efficiency and document security.
- Provide knowledge transfer, guidance and trainings, to team in terms of documentation management system, processes and best practices, to ensure collaboration and seamless document workflow engagement throughout the company.
Skills
- Preferably ISO 9001 Certified Auditor. With knowledge of:
ISO 14001 - Environmental Management System.
ISO 45001 - Occupational Health and Safety Management System,
- Minimum of 10 years working experience preferably in industrial sector.
- Extensive knowledge of quality assurance/quality control management practices and processes.
- ERP knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent MS Office package skills.
- Good command of English language.
