1- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Engineering, or a related field.

2- Experience: 3-5 years, preferably in infrastructure projects.

3- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with stakeholders.

4- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze stakeholder needs and expectations.

5- Time Management and Organization: Efficiently organize activities and schedules.
