Job Responsibilities

1- Follow up: Following up the as built data for the existing utilities from NWC " main lines- branch lines sanitary lines treatment lines underground water lines- Irrigation lines"

2- Follow up: Following up for each protection and relocation and coordinate between the subcontractor and NWC.

3- Follow up: Following up and coordinate between site manager and the subcontractor with timing of shut down to reduce the time of the shutdown as possible

4- Integration Coordination: Plan and integrate dry utilities (electricity, telecom, etc.) with storm drainage systems, avoiding conflicts.

5- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams and utility providers for aligned timelines and requirements.

6- Technical Review: Ensure designs and installations meet project specs and Saudi regulations.

7- Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve conflicts between utilities and drainage components.

8- Documentation: Maintain records of interface activities, changes, and progress reports.

9- Safety Compliance: Ensure installations meet safety and regulatory standards.

10- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with utility providers and inform the public about any service impacts.

11-  Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks impacting timelines and project goals.

12- Timeline Management: Align utility installation with overall project timelines.

  Quality Control: Oversee testing and quality assurance of utility installations.

requirements:

1- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or Project Management.

2- Experience: 3-5 years in construction project management or coordination, preferably in infrastructure.

3- Technical Skills: Knowledge of drainage systems and local infrastructure regulations.

4- Communication Skills: Ability to work with various teams and provide clear reports.

5- Time Management and Organization: Capable of scheduling and problem-solving to ensure smooth workflow.

6- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD  

7- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to effectively address challenges.

8- Safety Compliance: Strong understanding of safety and quality standards.

Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English.

1.Monthly package salary: Starting at 7000-10000 SR, including accommodation and meals, transportation Telecommunication Fee.

2. Accept the third-party human-resource dispatch employment mode

3.30 days of annual leave after 12 months of service.

4.NATIONALITY: SAUDI

5.Probationary: 3 months
