Job Description:
1. Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, letters, and phone calls, and routing them to the appropriate individuals.
2. Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for the executive and ensuring that their calendar is organized and up to date.
3. Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for the executive's business trips.
4. Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
5. Organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents in both physical and electronic formats.
6. Coordinating and scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and taking and distributing meeting minutes.
7. Overseeing the smooth operation of the executive's office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
8. Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and employees, and facilitating communication between them and the executive.
9. Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
10. Providing administrative support on various projects and initiatives as needed.
