Job Responsibilities
• Plan & Manage new stores/Events setup and configuration
o Procurement of hardware and software’s licenses (POS + other non POS equipment) following IT procurementprocess
o Coordinate with different IT teams/vendors/partners to ensure proper and timely delivery of solutions (WIFI,network, PC’s …etc.)
o Proper and timely configuration of POS Systems/User
o Ensure setup is done in compliance with Alghanim IT standards & security policy
• Handle multiple size projects from small event set-up, to new store launch, to multi-store launch
• Support: Incidents and service requests management.
o Ensure timely solution delivery for incidents & service requests
o Ensure incidents and requests are resolved within agreed SLA’s through proactive follow up with vendors/partners and IT teams.
o Ensure Timely closure for service tickets and incidents
o Monthly Analysis to incidents and service tickets to reduce repetitive issues
• Handle change requests until solution delivery
• Development of SOP’s and training manuals
• Conduct Refresher trainings
• Licenses tracking
Skills
Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
• Projects Management (PMP), or similar Project Management related qualification
• 3-5 years in projects management
• Planning skills
• Project & Change Management
• Proficient in use of Information Systems & Applications to include MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Good Analysis skills
• Good presentation and reporting skills
• Good communication skills
