The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.
Responsibilities
- Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
- Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities
- Develop annual sales strategy and goals
- Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships
- Collaborate with sales leaders
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails;
- Manage and explore current and new accounts in the prescribed area allotted by the manager.
- Study company targets about sales activities and strive for the continuous implementation of the same.
- Manage typical conversion rate, sales call, revenue, and other reports in a precise manner for accurate evaluation.
- Ensure dynamic communication with clients through online and offline modes, thereby promoting company products and services.
- Understanding and promoting the company’s Products & Services as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' of sales experience
- Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales

- Ability to analyze the goal, target customer, and challenges to overcome before planning sales-oriented activities.
- Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
- A high level of focus on driving sales with consistent performance and teamwork.
- Proven command on improving conversion rate through modern communication channels and impressive presentations.
- Ability to find the right balance between client requirements and company terms, thereby improving profit margins and maintaining fruitful customer relationships.
