We seek an experienced Sales Product Manager to lead the company's sales process and drive the application journey from a market perspective. This role is crucial in ensuring our software aligns with local market demands, offering a competitive edge. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Tech team, oversee the entire sales cycle, deliver market insights, analyze competitors, and forecast sales.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, creating a seamless experience for potential clients.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals, providing mentorship, and driving performance.
- Create accurate sales forecasts, monitor performance, and adjust strategies based on trends and market conditions.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitor research, and competitive analysis to refine positioning and drive sales strategies.
- Partner with the Tech Product Manager to ensure the software features align with the local market's needs, supporting usability and value.
- Design and implement sales strategies that address customer needs, competitive pressures, and evolving market trends.
- Propose, plan, and follow up on marketing campaigns. Forecast sales volume expectations in alignment with campaign budgets, perform continues analysis, and submit weekly reports to ensure achievement of the expected ROI for each campaign.
- Provide regular reports on sales metrics, forecasts, and market insights to the senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, gathering feedback to inform product enhancements and future development.
