Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Project Manager to lead high-stakes projects from inception through to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of project management experience, with a strong preference for those who have served as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager on large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia, such as major infrastructure developments, energy plants, healthcare facilities, or urban planning initiatives.
Job Description
Project Leadership and Team Cohesion:
1. Define and allocate clear tasks within the team, fostering collaboration and a cohesive working environment.
2. Cultivate team unity and motivation, ensuring team alignment with project goals for successful project implementation.
Financial Oversight:
1. Direct and monitor project finances, including revenue, cost, and profitability, ensuring alignment with budget targets.
Commercial, Legal, and Compliance Guidance:
1. Provide comprehensive guidance on commercial agreements, contractual terms, compliance with legal standards, and adherence to corporate and regulatory policies.
2. Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to address any emerging issues promptly.
Human Resource and Operations Management:
1. Manage the project’s human resource needs, from resource allocation to performance assessments and team development.
2. Ensure operational excellence in project scheduling, task prioritization, and resource optimization.
Project Execution and Oversight:
1. Supervise the construction, design, and procurement stages, providing strategic direction and resolving issues proactively.
2. Implement effective subcontractor management practices to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with a preference for candidates who have served in a management capacity on large projects in Saudi Arabia,such as NEOM, Aramco, Red Sea etc..
· Strong background in financial, legal, compliance, HR, construction, design, procurement, and subcontracting management.
· Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and build cohesive teams.
· Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset with an aptitude for strategic thinking.
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary:
1. Monthly salary in the range of 30,000 SAR to 50,000 SAR, including coverage for meals, accommodation, transportation, and communication costs.
2. Exceptionally qualified candidates may be further negotiated.
Leave:
1. 21 days of leave for every 6 months of service.

Nationality and Language Requirements
· Candidates must be fluent and proficient in standard English.
· Proficiency in Arabic or Chinese will be considered a strong advantage.
