Job Summary:
The Guest Relations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for guests and tenants by delivering high-quality service and addressing their needs promptly and effectively. This role involves managing guest relations, resolving complaints, overseeing leasing operations, and coordinating with various teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery. The Guest Relations Supervisor will work closely with the marketing team to promote properties and attract new tenants while maintaining up-to-date property listings and marketing materials. The role also includes preparing regular reports on guest relations and leasing activities, offering recommendations for process improvements, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong leadership abilities, and the capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do :
Guest Relations Management:
- Welcome new guests and tenants, introducing them to available facilities and services.
- Follow up on guests' and tenants' needs, ensuring they are met promptly and effectively.
- Provide immediate support to resolve any issues or complaints that may arise.
Leasing and Contract Management:
- Manage leasing operations from marketing, conducting property tours, and preparing contracts to signing and handover.
- Ensure all contracts and necessary documents are up-to-date and compliant with internal policies and procedures.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies to attract new tenants.
- Update property listings and ensure that information and images are current and appealing.
Customer Service:
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary information about available properties.
Coordination with Other Teams:
- Coordinate with maintenance, security, and cleaning teams to ensure comprehensive and efficient service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and provide regular performance reports.
Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on guest relations and leasing activities, offering recommendations for process improvements.
- Analyze tenant data to identify opportunities and challenges, providing appropriate solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in guest relations management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time and organize tasks efficiently.
- Good knowledge of leasing and contract procedures.
