The People Regulatory & Assurance Senior Manager at NEOM is responsible for enhancing the People operating model to align with the strategic objectives of NEOM and its subsidiaries. This role is key in improving service delivery and operational performance while ensuring compliance, risk management, and financial oversight.
Responsibilities:
Refine the People Operating Model: Develop and enhance the model to align with strategic objectives, improving service delivery.
Audit People Sector Functions: Lead audits to ensure compliance, identify gaps, and enforce best practices.
Develop Governance Frameworks: Implement frameworks that clarify roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.
Risk Mitigation: Analyze HR data to identify trends and develop insights that address business issues and boost employee engagement.
Project Oversight: Manage small to medium projects, ensuring they adhere to program guidelines.
Budget Management: Prepare and analyze budgets for different organizational areas.
