Job Purpose:
- Perform sales and contribute to the achievement of the team’s annual sales target to assigned territory, product, and customer base. Create opportunities to acquire new business and carry out market intelligence activities.
Key Performance Area:
Sales:
- Effectively follow sales procedure and process to close a sale. Conduct field visits, understand customer’s requirements, and assess their current situation to establish service needs. Conducted sales activities and promoted current and new services to existing and potential customers.
Booking Information:
- Update shipment status, new bookings and quotations to the customers and follow-up on bookings with agents to advice on consignee.
Reporting:
- Prepare and submit reports such as weekly plans, sales activity and results reports those related to issues resolution to the line manager and for management review.
Relationship Management:
- Build, maintain, and revive strong relations with key accounts and ensure seamless support is provided.
Pricing:
- Propose commercially viable contracts to customers and prospects in close cooperation with Trade Management. Observe trade management pricing guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma Degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 4-10 years of relevant experience.
