Key aspects of the role include:
- Provide pre-sales and after-sales support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and sell the portfolio to potential customers.
- Establish a network of clients to service the requirements of a particular target market as assigned.
- Maintain customer rapport and build relations with customers.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed assigned targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:

- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, microbiology or similar.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in a Clinical Laboratory/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing/Food Labs in the Khobar Region.
- Proficiency in sales software, CRM systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
