The Executive Secretary plays a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of an organization. This position requires a highly organized individual who can manage various tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor. The Executive Secretary will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between departments and assisting in the overall operational efficiency of the company. Ideal candidates will have a blend of administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and organize the executive's schedule, including appointments and meetings.
  2. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
  3. Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
  4. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the executive and other staff as needed.
  5. Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  6. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  7. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
  8. Conduct research and compile data for various projects and presentations.
  9. Support the team in organizing company events and meetings.
  10. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Executive Secretary
  • Age between: 27 to 35 years
  • 3 years of experience as secretary to a business firm/company.
  • Filipino
  • Male
  • Secretarial graduate or business administration graduate in a trade or business school.
  • Local hiring
  • The work location will be in Riyadh, Head office
  • Has worked with executives \ EVPs
  • Has worked on SAP 
  • BASIC SALARY of 5,440 SAR

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Basic financial management skills.
  • Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
