Job Overview:
Badia is looking for a highly organized and adaptable Executive Assistant to support our executive team. This role requires frequent national and international travel, along with the ability to manage a dynamic workload in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, fluent in both English and Arabic, with exceptional administrative and communication skills.
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level support to our executives, ensuring efficient coordination, calendar management, and seamless travel arrangements. This role is crucial in enabling our leadership team to focus on strategic initiatives while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
• Arrange and manage complex travel itineraries, including national and international flights, accommodations, and transport.
• Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling communications in both English and Arabic.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed, ensuring high standards of quality and professionalism.
• Coordinate and manage logistics for executive meetings, conferences, and events, including travel and venue arrangements.
• Assist with personal and business-related tasks as required to support executives’ needs.
• Handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
• Perform additional administrative duties, including expense reporting, record-keeping, and scheduling.
• Adapt quickly to changing schedules and priorities, ensuring flexibility to meet executives’ needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently, both nationally and internationally.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with individuals at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
