Roles & Duties (Areas of Responsibility):
- To Support the relationship with assigned accounts - members and/or prospects. Support to Maximizes SIMAH’s market penetration by signing up new members and support through cross- and up-selling of SIMAH’s products and services to existing and new clients. To coordinate the address clients’ needs and pursue Client’s satisfaction. To be the contact point between the Client and SIMAH, across all areas.
- Follows all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
- Support the management of the accounts assigned and provides high level customer service, including clarification on agreements, support in the utilization of products and resolution to potential disputes, so that membership agreements are met, and client satisfaction is improved.
- Support with all relevant departments in SIMAH so as to communicate client needs and enable the accurate development and provisioning of the right products and services.
- Support in assist meetings with members and holds very good knowledge of all SIMAH’s products and services, in order to be able to present and promote them same.
- Support the Coordinate of the regular meetings with the assigned members in order to identify their need and propose the most suitable products and services.
- Support thorough knowledge of all SIMAH’s products and services, in order to be able to present and promote them same to current and future members.
- Support in Ownership of Accounts/Markets assigned and development of robust, business -oriented relationships at all levels of the Clients’ organization.
- Support in Analyses the assigned market sector using all the available market data and suggests target clients to be contacted, in order to increase the expansion and sales to the assigned market segment.
- Gathers information about potential customers in order to support preliminary analyses of their industry, as well as of the relevant industry and trends in order to enhance the efficiency of client meetings.
- Support the Controls of the availability of the required marketing and promotional material in order to support the Account Managers in the promotion of SIMAH’s products and services.
- Support in Participates in sales promotion meetings with target clients and potential future members, in order to promote the products and services of SIMAH according to their needs.
- Shares information with all the team in order to avoid duplication of sales effort and increase the possibility of sales achievement.
- Remains aware of all SIMAH’s products and services, in order to be able to present and promote the same to current and future members.
- Support the coordinate with the Marketing and Communication for the development of the necessary promotion material that will support the improvement of sales.
- Support in assist the Monitors the performance against agreed targets as per assigned market segment, providing analytical report and reasoning of results, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for future growth so as to support the increase of sales.
- Support the Documents of the information received from clients and develops relevant management reports to support the development of common knowledge about business opportunities and enable the alignment of efforts to maximize revenues.
- Support the Coordinate of the customers’ satisfaction level and evaluates the quality of the account management and the services provided, proposing improvements and changes that will better meet client needs, improve customer satisfaction and support sales effectiveness.
- Support in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of SIMAH to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards.
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
- Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.
Qualifications & Years of Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in account management or sales.
- English: Advanced
- Arabic: Advanced
