Projects Specialist

The Projects Specialist is responsible for supporting project management activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating project tasks, managing documentation, and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

  • Track and monitor projects portfolio
  • Work with strategic planning to determine projects priorities periodically.
  • Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects
  • Work with Finance and other departments to prepare requirements of new projects.
  • Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation
  • Establish standards, tools, and templates to apply best practices in project management.

Create projects portfolio and CapEx plan for the short, medium, and long term.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree Preferably in engineering, BA or related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience.
  • Technical Skills.
