Job Title: Executive Assistant
Department: Head Office
Reports to: CEO
Purpose Statement:
- Provide office and administrative support for efficient operations.
- Assist the CEO, COO, and Country Manager with schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Offer clerical support, manage schedules, attend meetings, and handle communications.
- Arrange travel, maintain records, assist with financials, and prepare reports.
- Ensure confidentiality and comply with company policies.
Person Specification:
- Education: Degree in business administration; Executive Secretary degree is a plus.
- Competencies: MS Office suite, office automation, and business confidentiality.
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, analytical, adaptable, able to work under pressure.
