Key Accountabilities:

Functional

• Risk Management

- Establishes the Enterprise Risk Management architecture for the company.

- Develops Enterprise Risk Management tools, practices, and policies to analyze and report enterprise risks, and to manage risks according to an enterprise risk management framework.

- Leadership, innovation, governance, and management to identify, evaluate, mitigate, and monitor operational and strategic risk.

- Providing advice related to potential risks and their impact on profitability.

- Planning risk management processes and estimating risks affecting the business.

- Developing and implementing comprehensive risk management policies and procedures.

- Overseeing the creation and maintenance of a risk register to track and prioritize identified risks.

• Policy & Procedures

- Ensures the organization's risk management policies and strategies are in compliance with applicable regulations, rating agency standards, and strategic imperatives of the organization.

• Operational

• Risk Monitoring & reporting

- Oversees or monitors all operational risk management activities of the organization. Monitors and analyzes risks within the company's business units and reports on these risks to the designated committees

• Continuous improvement

- Continuously reviewing and improving the Flynas’s risk management processes, policies, and procedures. this involves staying updated on industry trends and best practices, and incorporating them into the Flynas’s risk management strategy.

Skills

More than 08 Years of Experience in Enterprise risk management preferably in an Airline.
