· Oversee and execute all sales operation activities, including managing sales orders, invoices, logistics, price offers, and production plans.
- Update the sales follow-up sheet daily to track sales progress and activities.
- Act as the sales department system owner, responsible for resolving any technical issues and generating reports to meet departmental needs.
- Collaborate with purchasing, production, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve the monthly sales plan.
- Coordinate with the sales manager to fulfill sales activities with sales individuals.
- Work closely with the production manager to set the daily production plan and ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure the timely and defect-free release of trucks from the warehouse by checking for any technical issues or defects.
- Command and instruct warehouse personnel on loading plans and set priorities for loading based on the sales plan.
- Provide samples and technical reports, and cooperate with the quality department to maintain high standards.
- Approve drivers' invoices to facilitate timely payments.
- Update the collection sheet weekly and discuss it with the sales manager.
- Follow up with VIP distributors regarding orders, price offers, and promotions to maintain strong relationships and meet their needs.
