Role Overview:
We are seeking a Saudi national to join our team as an Administrative assistant. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth office operations, effective HR processes, and a supportive work environment. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices and compliance within the local regulatory context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Oversee daily office operations, including coordinating and scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and handling internal and external correspondence.
- Human Resources Management: Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance reviews, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
- Legal Compliance & Certification Management: Ensure all company legal certificates and compliance documents are up-to-date, managing renewals and filing processes.
- Client Coordination & Follow-Up: Assist with client communications, following up on key projects and inquiries to maintain strong client relations.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Coordinate payroll processes, employee benefits, and record-keeping.
- Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain employee records, tracking legal and regulatory compliance as per Saudi standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a focus on HR and administration.
- Familiarity with Saudi labor laws, compliance standards, and HR practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
