Key responsibilities and accountabilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs on cybersecurity awareness for all employees.
- Conduct training sessions on Microsoft applications, ensuring users understand their functionalities and best practices.
- Collect and analyze business use cases to identify opportunities for integrating Microsoft applications into daily operations effectively.
- Prepare and disseminate IT-related announcements, policies, and procedures to ensure all employees are informed and compliant.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to keep the content relevant and up to date.
- Create and implement cybersecurity awareness campaigns that resonate with employees and encourage safe practices.
- Monitor the effectiveness of awareness initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Assist in developing and updating cybersecurity policies and procedures based on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that all training materials align with the organization’s cybersecurity policies.
- Gather feedback from training participants to assess knowledge retention and areas for improvement.
- Stay current with cybersecurity trends and threats to ensure training content remains relevant.
- Work closely with various departments to foster a security-conscious culture and address specific training needs.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in training, communications, or cybersecurity awareness.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft applications and their business applications.
- Excellent English and Arabic verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels.
