The ideal candidate will oversee the management and quality assurance of e-services, ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives. The role demands expertise in IT systems, digital transformation, and consulting on service delivery improvements.
Responsibilities:
E-Services Management and Quality Assurance:
- Manage the design, development, and delivery of high-quality e-services.
- Apply best practices in software quality assurance and testing throughout the development lifecycle.
- Utilize project management tools, including MS EPM, to manage service delivery.
Consultation and Continuous Improvement:
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and innovation.
- Develop and implement service improvement strategies using Prince2 methodology.
- Select the appropriate SDLC model for projects based on requirements.
Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment with service goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to teams in managing and delivering e-services.
- Ensure clear and concise reporting through administrative and operational reports.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in IT and system development.
- 6+ years of experience in managing e-services and quality assurance.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and the full SDLC lifecycle.
- Proven experience in Digital Transformation Leadership.
- Proficiency in project management tools, including MS EPM.
- Knowledge of Prince2 methodology and best practices in project management.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and report-writing skills.
