Risk Assessment: Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
Training: Organize and conduct training sessions for security staff on emergency procedures, conflict resolution, and customer service.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to enhance overall security measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Skills
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in security management or supervision, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
Certifications: Security-related certifications (e.g., Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP)) are a plus.
