About theRole:
The Legal Affairs Manager provides legal advice and guidance to senior management to ensure the company's compliance with laws. This role involves organizing legal matters, developing policies, managing legal issues, and representing the company before authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Legal Consultations:
- Advise all departments and executive management on legal matters.
- Counsel on compliance with policies and public communications.
- Support HR on employee relations issues.
2. Compliance and Governance:
- Design comprehensive legal policies ensuring compliance with Saudi laws.
- Oversee relationships with external law firms.
3. Contract Management:
- Review and draft contracts, providing legal opinions.
4. Litigation:
- Monitor legal status of transactions and advise on litigation strategies.
- Prepare responses for legal cases and represent the company in legal proceedings.
- Manage lawsuits and follow up on executive judgments.
