Elite Hospitality Holding is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing company operating international fine-dining restaurants in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand’s presence and driving customer engagement through innovative marketing strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create, plan, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance the brand’s visibility, engage customers, and drive sales growth.
  • Lead the development and implementation of multichannel campaigns to drive bookings, awareness and revenue for each venue.
  • Ideate, promote and execute an annual calendar of activations and events.
  • Lead and execute content updates across websites and look for ways to improve customer journey and maximize conversion.
  • Track performance of all marketing campaigns
  • Develop and manage relationships with external organizations ( PR agencies, advertisement agencies )
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and in-store promotions, to strengthen brand identity and loyalty.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand consumer preferences, trends, and the competitive landscape, using insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
  • Plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns for product launches, promotional events, and seasonal offers. Monitor performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.
  • Oversee the company’s online presence, including website management, social media marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising to reach a wider audience and engage customers online.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling marketing materials such as advertisements, brochures, and online content that resonate with target audiences.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to various marketing initiatives and maximizing return on investment.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze customer behavior, and generate reports on marketing activities’ effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies for enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction, including loyalty programs, feedback mechanisms, and community events.
  • Incorporate sustainable practices and social responsibility into marketing campaigns, aligning with consumer values and enhancing brand reputation.


Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager in the F&B industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook Business, Facebook Ads, Google, Tripadvisor, etc.)
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding and up to date with the latest trends.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Confident and dynamic personality.
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
